Privacy Policy
1. Data we use
Botconnector may store account information, Agent and terminal data, broker/server details, symbol mappings, lot and trailing settings, received alerts, execution status, trading reports, and security logs.
2. How data is used
Data is used to operate webhooks, connect terminals, forward instructions, prevent duplicates, display status and reports, investigate issues, and protect the service.
3. Confidentiality
Botconnector does not sell users’ personal data. Access is limited to operational, security, and support needs.
4. MT5 credentials
Broker account passwords do not need to be sent to the Botconnector server. The MT5 connection runs through the Agent on the user’s Windows device.
5. Storage and deletion
Data is retained as needed for operations, security, reporting, and issue investigation. Users may request account closure and deletion of data that no longer needs to be retained.
6. Data security
Botconnector uses reasonable security measures, including password and token hashing and encryption of webhook secrets that can be copied again by the account owner.
